The way we work is defined by you, the client. We aim to work closely with you and maintain a degree of flexibility that is hard to find elsewhere
Initial Meeting
We always like to visit our prospective clients at there place of business if possible, this allows us to get a greater understanding and feel for the type of business they are and their expectations. We will discuss the clients requirements, and where appropriate, make suggestions on how the prospective project could be approached. We do not charge for this consultation.Research and Proposal Stage
We then take the information gathered back to our offices, research the industry concerned, and discuss it with our team to try and come up with the best possible solution to meet the clients requirements and budget. We then put pen to paper and draft a 'Proposal/Quotation' for the client along with our suggestions. This is basically a detailed spec of the proposed project. Again we do not charges for this.Getting Started
If the client is happy and wishes to proceed (which they invariably are) we will draft an agreement letting you know exactly what you can expect from us. Additionally at this stage we would require a deposit prior to work commencing.Building Your Website
The next stage is the exciting bit! We create the website, ensuring that it conforms to all the current web and legal accessibility standards. We understand that during a project, requirements sometimes change, we always remain flexible to your needs and will test and adjust any project accordingly to ensure that you get exactly what you require within your given budget.Deployment and Testing
Once the site is complete we will deploy it to the web, add it to the Google directory and ensure that it is absolutely cross browser complient. What is the point in having a website that works in Internet Explorer 6 but not in version 7 or Firefox? This is where we will require some input from the client by the way of them proof reading and checking that they are completely happy with the finished article. Any final changes can be made now.After Care
Of course once your site is live and visable to the general public it will need to be maintained. We offer a complete website management and maintenance programme which covers all things such as future amendments, search engine registration and browser upgrades. We wont just build it and leave you to it, we will always be on hand to ensure that your website works correctly and is updated correctly should you require it.
The process that we operate is not set in stone, and whilst we try to follow the guidelines and principles set out above, there are occasions that we have to devaite from this path. But rest assured everything we do is driven solely by our clients requirements. So let us know what you want and we will make it happen!
