HWD Portfolio Shobrook & Co Ltd

To start with we were only involved in the production of the quarterly Shobrook Auction catalogue which we designed, printed and delivered. The question of the Shobrook's website was a different matter! Up until we became involved their website was really a waste of time, with broken links and a design that was not very flattering. Urgent action was required!

The task was to re-design the website to incorporate all aspects of Shobrooks' business and to make it fully content managed so that the Shobrook's team themselves could be responsible for the content of the website at all levels.

On top of this we needed to be able to produce the General Auction catalogue automatically from the information loaded in by the Shobrook's staff. This was achieved by allowing the team to upload a CSV file that is formatted automatically, not only for the website, but also to produce a weekly PDF catalogue which customers can print off prior to the auction. This was huge time saver for the staff and a great tool for the customers.

On a the other side of the coin, the website acts as an easy to use property catalogue for the Estate Agency side of the business.

All in all the Shobrook's team have been extremely pleased and to date have made maximum use of the facilities provided.
