HWD Portfolio Unfair Bank Charges

Unfair Bank Charges was developed for a client who was responding to the growing consumer revolt against bank charges. Whilst the current court case has put a percentage of business on hold he is still reclaiming thousands in unfair credit card and business bank charges for his clients.

Our brief was to create a user friendly website that was both informative and easy to use whilst maintaining a professional and corporate feel. Essentially it had to conform to regulatory guidelines and also act as a 'data' capture portal where clients could complete a simple form that would populate and generate a set of letters and documents that the client could simply print off on their own printer, fill in the bank details (not captured for security purposes) sign and send back to Unfair Bank Charges

This method has cut down the clients postal charges by over 50% not to mention cutting approx 3 weeks off what is a very drawn out process.

The response from Unfair Bank Charges has been outstanding and the feedback from their clients has been superb. This is an ongoing project that we will be updating regularly to ensure that it runs smoothly due to its huge unique visit rate.
