Bespoke website development
This is the third website we have developed for the A home After Halls or Plymouth Student Lettings. It has been constructed to a very specific brief and links into a Student Property Managemennt system and Student Communications and Repairs Ticketing system.
Whilst in many ways it is similar to estate agency website functionality, it also has functionality that is unique to student lettings, where tenancies are changed every year and properties are rented on a room basis as well as on a ‘whole property’ basis.
We work closely with the team at AHAH particularly during the end of the student year when all tenancies change.

We wanted to make the website appealing to the Student community, and introduced the home page video back in 2015.
Built from the ground up, this bespoke website has demonstrated extraordinary longevity and achieves the highest oprganic rankings. It ties in seamlessly with their back office management system – which we also built!
The Back office & Ticket solution
Plymouth Student Accommodation required two systems. One to manage their student properties which includes the property and room management, landlord management, tenancies and tenant management which change annually. Secondly, they required tenant ticket and reporting software to help streamline and automate the process of managing accommodation-related issues, improve communication and responsiveness, and enhance the overall student experience.
This is a very complex system built to very specific requirements. Plymouth Student Accommodation has been using it successfully for a number of years!
Linked seamlessly to their website
Plymouth Student Accommodation (AHAH) required a system to allow students to communicate with the AHAH team
The Ticket system allows for the reporting of property issues, and where appropriate assign them to tradesman whilst keeping the student tenant informed at all times. It has streamlined the way AHAH communicate with their tenants and improved the workflow of the business dramatically.
