Eco Environmental has been a client for many years and their old website had served them well, however, it was getting tired and old, and it was time for a refresh!
Using WordPress we created a bespoke theme and design, freshening up their logo and branding whilst we were at it. In this case, a bespoke design and content-managed system provided a variety of benefits that helped the business to stand out and succeed in a competitive market.
This was a large website with many pages of content and information, we assisted heavily in the content creation which has made this an extremely content-rich website, which Google loves!
Sales & Customer CRM
Some years previously we also built a bespoke CRM system that is used to streamline their entire Lead management and quotation process.
The system is designed to include all the necessary information for following a Lead, from the initial contact right the way through to Project Completion. It is used by all the surveyors around the country and allows the Plymouth based HQ to understand what is happening within the business at any one time.
It has proved to be an invaluable tool for the Surveyors and managers alike ensuring nothing gets lost or forgotten.
As a bespoke solution, it has been constantly evolving over its lifespan.
