Bespoke website development
This is the second website we have developed for the EMF Group. It is a very complex website that has been built to very specific set of requirements for this successful nationwide business.
We had to allow for Confidential access to business details, incorporate a CRM marketing system for automated Business alert emails as well as link it to major Business selling websites such as Right Biz and Daltons.
In addition, it ties in with multi-level user administration access for the regional offices to manage their own listings, via the Business and Customer Management system.
A complex but hugely rewarding project.
A clean, simple-to-use website for a national audience. And it fitted in perfectly with their new branding!
Built from the ground up, this bespoke website is a huge improvement and ties in seamlessly with their back office management system – which we also built!
The Back office solution
In addition to the Front end website we also built, from scratch, an entire business & customer relationship management system.
An extremely comprehensive system it manages all the business listings, the applicant’s details, confidential access requests, reports, and a whole lot more. In addition, it allows for the super admin at head office to manage all user access from the various branches around the country and report on all sales activities.
This system has streamlined working practices at EMF and automated many tasks that were previously duplicated or conducted manually thus saving EMF valuable man hours of work.

Unable to find a suitable off-the-shelf system that didn’t attract a huge monthly subscription, we built this bespoke business & customer management tool from scratch.
As a consequence, it is an exact fit for their requirements and far more cost-effective than an off-the-shelf system.
