How we helped re-develop the KGR Website
Having been let down by their previous developer, KGR approached us, initially for some assistance and advice with a number of problem areas on their old website.
It soon became clear that their website was simply not fit for purpose so we recommended that it be redeveloped completely, with a new design and fresh installation of WordPress and WooCommerce. We also re-distributed the content and redesigned the menu so that it was much easier to use.
It includes a very useful Dogs and Owners database module which means that there is a historical record of all new owners connected through Kent Greyhound Rescue.
The key purpose of this website is to find homes for these amazing dogs and also to sell enough ‘doggy’ products to help fund this amazing and worthy Charity.
Since the new website has gone live we have seen a huge improvement in sales and more importantly Doggy Adoption requests.
The home page uses stock and personal videos, edited together to create the vibe for the rest of the website.
We helped ‘tweak’ the logo but more importantly, we have created a site that works for the client. And they are delighted!
